What you see every month
On the 1st of every month, Cockpit and an email give you the figures: appointments booked by Sophia, evening and weekend calls handled. Multiplied by the value you chose, they give your recovered revenue, compared with the price of your subscription.
Fictional example: 34 appointments × €220, the value of one appointment set by the garage.

Kardanos is a small French-Luxembourgish company. We set Sophia up for your trade with you, we keep an eye on her after go-live, and when you have a question, you talk to a person on the team, not a robot or a customer service desk at the other end of Europe.

For your mailbox, without Sophia
Want to lighten your inbox first? Kardanos reads every new email, summarises it and drafts the reply. You review it and send it: nothing goes out without you.

14-day free trial, no commitment. The email agent is already included in Start (1 mailbox), Pro (3) and Business (10).
You choose your plan, enter your company details, then save your card on the secure Stripe page: nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. Your Cockpit workspace and your Sophia number are ready straight away; you forward your calls and Sophia answers. The 14 days start when your calls reach Sophia. Our team helps you through go-live.
Simply and verifiably: the number of appointments booked by Sophia during the month, multiplied by the average value of one appointment, agreed with you when your account is opened (at least €80). Without a setting, Kardanos uses a typical value for your industry. Each appointment is listed in Cockpit, and the total is in the monthly report sent on the 1st.
From your second paid month, if the revenue recovered during the month is lower than the price of your subscription, the following month is free. Two conditions: call forwarding to Sophia stays active (at least when the line is busy and outside opening hours), and your calendar is connected to Cockpit so Sophia can book appointments. The monthly report tells you whether the guarantee applies; the Kardanos team then applies the free month to your subscription. Details in Article 4a of the Terms.
No, none. All plans are monthly and can be cancelled any month. You start with a 14-day free trial: your card is saved, nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel in one click from Cockpit. Three days before the end, you receive a summary of your trial by email.
If you mainly want to stop missing calls, Flex is enough. If requests still slip through once the call is over, Start organises everything. If you want Kardanos to create new opportunities with your customers and prospects, and save your team time, choose Pro: it’s the plan we recommend most often. Business is for companies that want follow-ups and tracking to run on their own.
Sophia keeps answering; the service never stops. As soon as you exceed your plan, a pack of 50 conversations (100 minutes) at €39 excl. VAT is added automatically, then another if needed. Packs are billed at the end of the period. Cockpit shows your usage in real time and alerts you at 80% of your plan, then each time a pack is added.
You connect your mailbox (Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365 or another provider) in one click from Cockpit. Every new email is sorted and summarised; when a reply is expected, Kardanos drafts it with what Sophia already knows: your opening hours, your services, your documents. You review it, edit it if needed and click Send: nothing goes out without you, and nothing is made up (no price, date or availability).
1 mailbox included with Start, 3 with Pro, 10 with Business; with Flex, €79 excl. VAT a month for the first one. Extra mailbox: €49 excl. VAT a month. The connection to your mailbox goes through Unipile, a French provider whose data is hosted in France; Cockpit keeps the sender, subject, summary and drafted reply for 12 months. You can remove your mailbox at any time.
Our team, with you, and it’s free on Flex, Start and Pro: Sophia set up for your trade, voice, company information, Google or Microsoft calendar, Sophia number and call forwarding, then depending on the plan your documents, your CRM, your business software and Sophia on your website. We monitor your go-live and get back to you if anything gets stuck. Business software without an API, an additional piece of software or more than 3 sites: on quotation.
Sophia connects to your calendar (Google, Outlook), your CRM and your business software; the Kardanos team handles the connection. Data hosted in the European Union, sub-processors listed in the DPA.
